• The prices are per night and person including breakfast.
• A local tax of € 1.50 will be charged per guest/day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
• On holiday weekends such as Easter, 1 May, Corpus Christi, Whitsun, Ascension Day, Assumption Day.... as well as for short stays of less than 4 nights, we charge a surcharge.
• If a double room is occupied by a single person, we charge a surcharge.
• Arrival: 10.00 - 14.00 o'clock. If you would like to arrive later, please inform us by telephone.
• Departure: we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am.

Leave your car behind and use public transport for free, conveniently and flexibly. The South Tyrol Guest Pass allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol, as well as selected cable cars, free of charge.

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:

• Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit is retained.
• Cancellations made between 29 and 7 days before the agreed arrival date: 50 % of agreed total price.
• Cancellations made after 7 days before the agreed arrival date and in case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
